Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. We confirm via email within one business hour. Quotes are flat-rate and based on the information you provide; substantial scope changes may revise the quote with your prior approval.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking. Inside 24 hours, a 50% fee may apply to cover crew time.

Liability

Canes Cleaners is fully insured. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We do not handle biohazardous waste, animal waste, or pest infestations.
